Which Hunnit leggings should you choose?
These are all high waisted gym leggings: the waistband sits above your hip bones, supports your core and doesn’t roll down when you squat or sit. If you’ve wondered about mid rise leggings meaning, it’s a waistband that sits just below the belly button. Mid rise can feel freer, but it’s more likely to slip during squats and burpees, which is why we make our gym tights high rise.
Our leggings variety covers four performance ranges.
- Zen Ankle Length Leggings: our bestseller, rated 4.8 from 56 reviews. HunnitHug™ fabric, 80% polyester and 20% spandex, with a peach-soft finish, zero transparency and pockets. Ten colours.
- OG Leggings: our training legging in 84% recycled polyester and 16% elastane. Quick-dry, four-way stretch and squat-proof, made for HIIT, CrossFit and spin.
- PLUSH Leggings: a buttery, suede-soft polyamide and Lycra blend with side pockets, in Regular (up to 5’4”) and Tall (5’5” and above) lengths.
- Zen Seamless Leggings: knitted without side seams for a smooth fit under anything.
We also make OOZE leggings in a silky polyamide and Lycra blend, and printed 7/8 workout tights in Cosmic Waves, Yin Yang, Safari Chic, Majestic Flora and Epic Pop.
Should you choose our 7/8 or ankle length leggings?
The 7/8 leggings meaning is simple: they stop a few centimetres above your ankle bone. They don’t bunch on shorter legs, show off your trainers and feel a little cooler than full length. Ankle-length leggings reach the ankle and give full coverage for yoga and cooler weather. If you want something shorter still for running in the heat, our gym capris end just below the knee.
