Each of our products has a care label / care instructions on it. Please go through them carefully
to keep your product in the best shape/ optimum condition.

At Hunnit, we strive to provide the best possible customer service. If for any reason you need to initiate a return or exchange, we've got you covered with our hassle-free process.

We offer a 7-day window from the date you receive your purchase to request a return or exchange. Please note that after this period, we won't be able to accept your request. We don't charge any additional fees for this service as we believe it should be a straightforward process.

For your return or exchange to be eligible, your items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. The items must be in their original packaging, and you'll need to provide proof of purchase or receipt. We'll inspect the returned/exchanged product before accepting or rejecting your request.

We understand that sometimes items may not fit or be to your liking, and that's why we offer exchange or store credit. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds at this time. Please note that sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

To start your return or exchange process, please reach out to us at business@hunnit.com with your order number, and we'll guide you through the process. At Hunnit, we value your satisfaction, and we're committed to providing you with the best experience possible.
